HomeMadison Brown
Madison joined the Coach Rehab 8 months ago as a competitive U23 triathlete from Florida, USA while studying Kinesiology at university. At the same time, she was dealing with a cervical disc injury caused by long hours of studying and sitting. One of our biggest challenges was finding the right balance between her studies, injury management, recovery, and triathlon training.
From the beginning, our goal was not only to improve performance but also to keep Madison healthy and enjoying the process. We used a structured, physiology-based training plan built around the demands of triathlon, her university schedule, and her female athlete cycle to help her reach her full potential without sacrificing her well-being.
Madison is one of the most dedicated athletes I have worked with. She consistently trusted the process, followed the plan, and stayed committed even during difficult periods.
After six months of structured training, her 5K run time improved from 20:21 to 19:06.
After eight months of coaching, Madison achieved:
These results are a reflection of her hard work, consistency and commitment to long-term development.
This is only the beginning of Madison's journey. Our long-term goal is to continue developing her as an athlete and work towards earning a place on the USA National Team.
