Rehab made history as the first Egyptian and first Arab woman to qualify for the Youth Olympic Games (Nanjing 2014), becoming one of the pioneers of triathlon in the region. Her international racing experience, combined with years of coaching expertise, has enabled her to develop athletes from complete beginners into national champions, age group podium finishers, elite competitors, and Ironman finishers.
She is the Founder and Head Coach of Root Multisport.
As a USA Triathlon (USAT) Level II Certified Coach and TrainingPeaks Level 2 Coach, Rehab combines physiology-led coaching, . In addition, she a Triathlon Coach at Tri Training Harder (TTH), one of the leading high-performance triathlon coaching teams in the United Kingdom.
Her coaching philosophy emphasizes consistency over shortcuts, focusing on building strong aerobic fitness, efficient movement mechanics, race-specific preparation, strength development, and sustainable progression. Whether coaching a first-time triathlete or an elite athlete targeting international competition, Rehab believes that long-term development creates lasting success.
