I have been working with my coach for the past two and a half years, and the journey has completely transformed me as an athlete. When we started, one of the most important things she helped me rebuild was my confidence. Her attention to detail, honest feedback, and belief in my potential taught me how to trust my preparation and approach race day with a stronger and more confident mindset.

She is a true high performance coach who looks at every aspect of the athlete’s development. She has taught me valuable technical skills, helped me understand triathlon nutrition, and guided me in making better decisions during training and racing.

During our time together, my cycling performance has improved by approximately 30%. Running off the bike was previously one of my biggest weaknesses. Although I could run well on its own, I struggled to produce the same performance after cycling. She identified the problem and worked consistently on it until my off the bike running improved by around 50%.

I have also made significant progress in long distance swimming, standalone 5K and 10K running and my overall triathlon performance. With her guidance, I progressed from achieving a podium finish at the National Championships to becoming a four time U23 National Champion.

What I appreciate most is that she has developed more than just my physical performance. She has helped me become a more knowledgeable, confident, and complete athlete. I am incredibly grateful for everything we have achieved together, and I am excited to continue building on this journey.

Before I started working with Coach Rehab, I often found it difficult to balance training with university and still feel that I was making real progress. Having a structured plan made everything much clearer and helped me use my training time more effectively. Every session had a purpose and the regular feedback helped me understand what I was doing how my body was responding and where I needed to improve. Over eight months, I increased my bike power by 5%, improved my 5K time by 1min and achieved  3mins personal best in the Sprint Triathlon. I became more confident in my training and learned how to stay consistent even during busy periods at university.

When I started working with my coach, I was a fourth year medical student who had barely been training. I decided to take on what seemed like an insane challenge: preparing for an Olympic distance triathlon with only 28 days of training. Everyone around me said it was impossible. She didn’t.
With the right structure, guidance, and belief, I completed that race and unexpectedly won first place in my age group. But that result was only the beginning.

What started as a 28 day challenge turned into a passion for triathlon and a complete change in the way I approach both sport and life. Since then, I’ve continued to raise my goals and break through limits: improving my 5K, dropping my half marathon time from 2:06 to 1:40, and improving my Olympic-distance triathlon time from around 3 hours to approximately 2:43.

What makes her a different coach is that she understands that I’m not just an athlete, I’m also a medical student. With exams, lectures, and unpredictable schedules, she constantly adapts my training around my academic commitments. I’ve never felt that I had to choose between studying and training. Instead, she taught me how to make both work. She pushed me hard, but never made me feel pressured. She challenged me to find my limits, while making sure the training remained sustainable.

And she taught me far more than just swimming, cycling, and running. I came into triathlon with almost zero knowledge, and she taught me everything from training and pacing to nutrition, recovery, and the small details that make a huge difference. Whenever I have a question whether it’s about training, nutrition, or anything else related to the sport she’s always there with an answer.
But perhaps the biggest thing she changed was my mindset. She helped me stop procrastinating, become more disciplined, start my days earlier, and attack my goals with a completely different mentality. The consistency I developed through training started showing up in my studies too. I became more productive, and even my university ranking improved.

She didn’t just give me a training plan. She made me believe that I can achieve things I once thought were impossible, and then she gave me the tools to actually do it, and taught me to trust the training plan and approach races with confidence and just deliver what we already trained for.

She is hardworking, intelligent, incredibly supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the person behind the athlete.

I started with 28 days of training. I ended up discovering a sport, a passion, and a completely new version of myself. She didn’t just coach me to become a better triathlete. She taught me how to become better at chasing goals.

As a busy professional who travels often, I needed a plan that could adapt. The coaching helped me progress from beginner to Sprint-distance finisher and prepare confidently for my first IRONMAN 70.3.

I’m very lucky to have Rehab as my coach. She is incredibly dedicated and pays attention to every detail. She knew exactly how to take me from below zero to where I am today. She knows when to push me and when to let me rest, and she is very keen to understand how my body reacts after every training session and competition. Based on that feedback, we build and adjust the upcoming training sessions.
She is always eager to learn, read, and explore different techniques until we find what works best for me, what makes me feel comfortable while also pushing me toward our goals and helping me make progress year after year. She doesn’t simply follow the same schedule or training block for everyone. Instead, she puts a lot of effort into personalizing every session and every training plan based on each athlete’s individual needs, abilities, and responses.

But beyond the training itself, she has taught me to trust my abilities and, perhaps even more importantly, to trust the process. She has helped me believe in every step we take, even when the progress isn’t immediately visible, and to understand that every session, every challenge, and every setback is part of the journey. Having someone who believes in me and makes me believe in myself has made all the difference.
